Pouring Pain Into Pages

I remember the first time I journaled like it happened yesterday. I picked a notebook and a pen and went on my PG (Paying Guest) terrace and kept writing in that notebook for hours till sun came down.

At that time the words and my thoughts were not as clear as they are now on the paper but still I felt lightest in months.

It became my safe space where I could feel, share, and say anything that I wanted to say, that I wanted to feel.
